HEAVY LEGS

I have RA in my wrist, and knees. And just lately my legs feel so very heavy, could this be water retention? its such an effort to walk, and most comfortable when i put my feet up.

    Hi Hellsbells,

    I think this is caused by fluid around your joints - I know that when my knees are swollen I have the same feeling. Have you tried reducing the fluid with ice packs?
