Hospital Communication Problem - Thanks

A big thank-you to the lady (sorry I've forgotten your name), I spoke to regarding my hospital story, I have recieved all the information you sent me, which was very helpful. Today, I also recieved an appointment for next Thursday, which I thought was pretty good going. My GP spoke to them :!: Once again a big THANKYOU for being there. Its so helpful to talk to someone outside the situation. My husband is great, but he does get fed-up, and who can blame him.
