HELPLINES SERVICE TODAY IN THE SNOW - PLEASE READ

Hi everyone
The whole Helplines Team is snowed in. At the moment we are running a very restricted service - actually this is it folks. just the Chat to Helplines forum. We hope to get access to the emails later.
In the meantime - post your messages and questions and we will get to them as soon as we can either today or tomorrow.
Please bear with us - we will do our best with just the one or two available.

    we have the email service running - slow but we can be reached on:
    helplines@arthritiscare.org.uk and thesource@arthritiscare.org.uk
    we have one standard rate line available
    020 7380 6571
    Its not free - sorry
    If that one gets engaged - leave a message and your name, number and what your enquiry is about and one of us will ring you back but it may be a bit of a wait.
    Chat to helplines is going to keep going today.
    We don't know what is going to happen tomorrow but we will try to provide you with the same kind of service we are today and maybe even better.

    Hope you are all ok today and that you have not sunk under the weight of snow down there :shock: :wink:

    I'm sure people appreciate the efforts you have gone to to be available to those who felt they needed you today.

    Hi everyone,
    we are still maintaining the Helplines, email and Forum despite being unable to get into our nice safe warm Helplines space. :D
    Remember the line 0207 380 6571 is still there for you to ring if you want to talk to one of us but you will be charged at a standard rate.
    packs of info will be a bit delayed - but we hope normal service will resume tomorrow with the free phone lines on 0808 800 4050 10am to 4pm.
    Thanks for all your kind thoughts - we are very happy to be here for you all.
