Knee pain

Hi
I have a new knee pain, well new to me, it normally goes across my knee but this is now going down the middle. Has enyone else got this.

    yes i get that, it started about 8 months ago and it's horrible. seems to be worse at night, i wake up and it is sore. i've found sleeping with a pillow between my knees really helps or laying with a pillow under my knee, basically trying to keep it slightly bent.
    walking agravates it but i haven't found a way of stopping that. sorry i hope i've helped a bit?!

    Thanks for the tip. Quite funny trying to roll over with pillow between your knees though :)

    vonski it does work with the pillow I have terrible knees and I use a pillow when it is bad
