Prednisolone Advice Please

Hi all from the very snowy midlands!
I'm after a little advice, my rheumy put me on Prednisolone just over a week ago. At first I felt fine and then like a cat on a hot tin roof and now feel just rotten like i'm about to come down with the flu and a not too happy tummy.
Is this just a coincidence or has anyone else had this experience?
I don't want to put it all down to the meds (as most so far do not agree with me in one way or another) but when you read the literature it says if you feel unwell this way or the other to contact your nurse or rheumy.
I really don't want to waste anyone's time (gods knows they are problem stretched to the limit at the mo) so any advice would be really appreciated.
Thanks guys

Hi Plugg " cat on a hot tin roof hey lol" I know just what you mean
First of all dont Hesitate to phone the rheumy nurse that what they are there for and at least it will put your mind at rest or talk to your GP. This drug can make you feel up and down and people react diffrently to drugs. I take my Pred in the morning and you need to take it with or just after food. At first i took it morning and evening but found i was having nightmares caused by the Pred. If you do get some side effects and you can manage to take them in the evening then the chance is you might sleep through the effects. Its all trial and error but do talk to the GP or rheumy nurse. Take care hope your feeling better soon

Thanks for your advice guys.
I take them first thing with my porridge.
I am seeing the rheumy on Monday so I think I will hold out till then for advice unless the wheels come off in the meantime.
Fingers crossed it's just a coincidence!
Take care all.
