Decision on partial fusing wrist???

I have been to see the Plastics surgeon today about fusing my wrist. We had a great discussion where he explained all the options available to me and I have decided that I am not having the op just yet. We are reviewing it in May when things may have changed.
I also have my appointment with the rheumy tomorrow so by May I will be in a better position to make an informed disision about having my wrist partially fused.
I feel much better now at least I know I don't have to have it done just yet. Just got tomorrow to get through now.

Hi Mandy,
Bet you're glad you've made that decision and the review in May is a good idea at least you'll have the opportunity to change your mind if you need to.
Our joints can always settle down too - so we don't always have to have radical surgery, I think we all know when we've had enough.
