Hi all ,
I got a letter tody it was from the court service ( was worried until I looked closer at it, it was from the social security about asking the commissioner aka D L A . lETS HOPE HE CAN FIND A POINT OF LAW OR i am stuck , I was all for giving in but the cab said no chance but we will send it to an legal expert but dont expect to too much.

Then at , xmas a lady from cab called at my house she was supprised but the expert did find points of law , but a letter from the dla appeal board refushed the appeal to the commissioner , the cab told me this was odd but again expert would look at it , it turned out that this was normal practise to do this and to leave everything to him, now I have this letter.
