wear tear to neck lower back problems

ive been told ive got wear tear to me neck and lower back problems ive been scaned xrayed blood text but nothing all gps done put me on painkillers and muscle relaxers does anyone else no more or had same love to ere from u
it drives me mad i feel tired all the time feels like ive got a ton of bricks on me .
