Drug Interactions - Leflonomide & Ibuprofen?

Can I or can't I - I'm getting confused!

I've just been taken off Mtx which I know I couldn't take with Ibuprofen, so I took paracetemol for the pain when necessary.

Now I'm on Leflunomide (Arava) and also cortisone (when necessary), but wondered if I could swap the cortisone for Ibuprofen (which I have bucket loads of in the bathroom!)

I've just been Googling and it appears OK, but wanted to check if anybody knows.

    The BNF says it's ok but I would double check with your pharmacy,

    It's fine. I took both when I was on leflunomide.

    Hmm this is a pickle as I took ibuprofen when I was on methotrexate and now I am on leflunomide as well and still take them. I think I am going to repeat whats been said and maybe you should see your GP.
