Hi Brian
Whilst I was in hospital having a total knee replacement, I vaguely remember that I completed a NJR Patient Consent Form.

Hi
I have signed up to be monitored re this for my THR. I had a questionnaire to complete and send off when I was admitted for the surgery, as I had agreed to do it at pre op assessment.

Yes, they can only include data where the patient has given consent.0

I signed the NJR consent form at my pre-op yesterday (and also the op consent form). Can't see why anyone would refuse but from the stats some do.0
