Yipee I went to the doc yesterday and he listened and has made an appointment at last to have an ex0ray on my knee so that it can be assessed. And he gave me pain killers and anti inflammatory tablets so far after one day they work and i slept last night until 6 a m my husband kindly informed me that I dont look so haggard anymore tact isn't one of his strong points but he is good to keep!! Only thing is the tablets have made my head feel as if it in another space so one thing at a time I hope this settles down because at a toss up I would rather be without the pain. so a cheery goodnight from me here in damp and dismal Wales, still it keeps the skin fresh. :D

Aww, that was a nice post to read, thank you. I'm glad your tablets are helping, the spaced out thing seems to get alot of people. However, as a naughty youngster who dabbled in things she shouldn't have, I have to admit I quite enjoy that feeling! ssssshhh don't tell my Mum!

    Hi cariadwelsh

Well i'm so pleased for you its really great to get a break from the pain and sleep normal hours.
The spaced out feeling comes with the medication. I'm in a medication gap at the moment never felt more like me for years
    but o the pain.
