Post Op Physio Appointment

Well I had my 1st appointment post op appointment with my physio today!!
OOOPS I am doing too much, she feels I am trying too hard, reminding me I am only a week after surgery, however she was amazed at the improvement the op has made to my posture, advising that the decompression element of the op has certainly made huge differences.
She gave me a good run through, not only regarding my neck but all my other joints to. I have some very mild exercises to do three times daily, otherwise to continue the meds and not do too much otherwise. She will see me again in three weeks.
I tried driving today afraid this is another no no, I will give it a week and try again. I just dream of this little bit of freedom to be able to get out and about independently. Linda
