    Hi Jasper

I'm sorry you feel so down but I'm glad you came on here to tell us about it and talk it over.

It is lovely sunshine - could you sit outside, do you think? Some sun rays will probably do you the world of good.

I hope your appointment goes well tomorrow

    Hi Jaspercat
really sorry you are feeling down today, empathise as the day is lovely and i can't do anything either! On the plus side it's good to actually have something to show for your pains when you have a hospital appointment!!
Lots of cyber hugs to you and maybe as ninaking says you could wrap up and take in some of the sun's healing rays.
Hope you feel better as soon as you get out from your rheumy app
    lots of love Gillx

Hi, I'm sorry you'r so down at the moment I wish I could say something to make you feel better. The only thing is maybe the visit to the Rhuemmy will turn up something helpful. The pain also makes you tired and that doesn't help either. I hope tomorrow goes well for you and you soon start to feel a bit better. The others suggest the sun sitting in the sun. Even a few miniutes outside in the fresh air, as long as you wrap up, may help.
Sending you all good wishes and love Sue

    Hi Jaspercat
    :(:(
I'm sorry too that you feel bad today :(
    You have all my sympathy.
I do hope that you feel much better AFTER you see the rheumy(!)
Seriously though it could be a blessing in (a very good) disguise.
    Take care

    Hi jaspercat

Sorry to hear it is thumbs down, big time today. Perhaps you should take a photo of your ankle just in case the swelling goes down by tomorrow. I hope it does, because then hopefully you are able to put weight on it, but it would be good to let the rheumy see proof of it.

I don't know where all this sun is today that everyone is talking about :lol::lol: perhaps I blinked and missed it.

Chin up, things could be worse but that probably does not help you one jot at the moment. How is the knitting going? I believe you were going to take that up again.

Ooops, the sun is shining now! Can't say I am going to rush to sit out in it, but it is a cheering sight.

    Luv

    Hi Jaspercat

Sorry you're having problems right now, hope they settle down soon. After you've seen the Rheumy of course.

Have you tried one of those sports foot/ankle supports? I find they do help and as well as the support they keep you warm.

    Love

Hi Elna, the knitting has hit a snag or two, but I am half way up the back at the moment, the pattern was not easy to follow so I have slightly adjusted it love Jaspercatxx

    Hi jaspercat

:D Good for you with the knitting. :D What are you making? It obviously has a back to it!:lol:

I used to knit yonks ago, in the '70's - poor husband had loads of tank tops knitted for him, in all colours. Funny how he especially favoured the brown V neck one that I bought for him!

I hope you are feeling a little better by now and I wish you all the best for your appointment tomorrow. :)
