Hi Folks

Hoping someone will be able to help me out. I am hopefully planning to return to work in May (well depending on a few things!) One of the things that work has suggested is that I apply for a blue badge, basically it will mean the difference in me being able to park outside the office doors as opposed to about 15 minutes walk away.

I have been having a look on the forums as to how I go about this but not sure if its different because I live in Northern Ireland.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Having a blue badge will obviously make quite an improvement for you.

I found this info which I hope will help. http://www.roadsni.gov.uk/index/bluebadge.htm

It looks pretty much similar to the situation elsewhere so good luck with your application.

    Nice one Jemima, well researched.

Good luck on the application, Linz

    Hi

I live in Northern Ireland to. That is the web site where I got the form for my blue badge. I got my blue badge last October and it has been great especially on those bad days.

They will check with your GP unless you get the high rate mobility DLA.

    Hope you your badge.
