hi all,
I went to tescos with hazel and mike JR to do some shopping , found out that the had not charged up their mobality scooter so had to hold onto trolley and use one cructh, was in agony the whole way round mike JR keptch on asking daddy are you in a bad mood as you look raging , I am finding that has I use one crutch ( the right hand ) my left side is very sore , and when I am using both crutches my back is killing me at least with the scooter the pain is minor,
now that injection looks so far away , I am going too have trouble again booking transport, I tried this morning no joy , hazel was at physio and the girl told her she cant do anything until she gets her shoulders x rayed , she saw hazel ws in awful pain with her back , she told her that she did not think it was frozen shoulders but inflammned joints, but she waiting for the gp to get back to her before anymore physio is done.

Sorry to hear of your Tesco problems! The one here is enormous and frankly beyond me now. Have you thought of having it delivered? Its a godsend to me (and cheaper delv if you get it mid week). I know its not the same as picking things out yourself - but I thought for one days shop that knocked me out for the next 3-4 days so a saving!!! Best wishes...0

Every little helps eh?
Seriously though I wish you both all the best and hope you get some 'proper' help soon.
Take care
