Hi
This isnt related to my OA but I just wanted to share this with you. My blood pressure is being monitored because its up, I had a appt. with the nurse to check it, she said it has been up since last Oct 08. I told her thats when I went to Hospital with chest pains I went on to have the treadmill test and I received a letter saying there was slight changes in the ECG but it was nothing to worry about but they would send me to the cardiologist for treatment/tests. I have heard nothing since, I rang the Hospital and spoke to the Doctors secretary she said I had been referred but when she contacted to Cardiologist secretary she said she hadnt received it. So its being sent again and I SHOULD receive a appointment. Its a good job that it wasnt urgent. The good old NHS strikes again.....Is it just me that this keeps happening to or do they forget other people as well
Denise.
