hyalgan injections

i had hyalgan injections yesterday and to day i feel as if i have done a marethon all i have done is ambled round the garden a couple of times , is this feeling normal x

Hyalgan injections are not done very much these days but our info here says that some pain is to be expected and to avoid excessive weightbearing such as standing for long periods. You only had this done yesterday - take it easy !! If it's still painful after a few days then get medical advice.
