    Hi Chrisov,

We always welcome a new month in by saying Pinch, Punch First of the Month and No Returns - this is accompanied by a pinch and a punch (very gentle) and you have to say it really fast and if you beat the other person they're not allowed to get you back

Does anyone else play this silly game? I'm winning, so far, this year by three months to two

    Hi
Have you ever considered a move to Spain or somewhere, the weather is supposed to help your bones but not sure if I'd fancy it.

hi elna i have a bus into or down the city nearbye and i wanted to see this art and there was a painting of a typical medderteranian (spelling yuk apologies) warm area as all the men were brown and well tanned and it was funny as all these men sat around and proudly watched this one girl working in pushing a overladen wheelbarrow it reminded me off tunisia and the men sitting outside cafes whilst the women went to work in the date factories etc.
this unknown lady thought it was also funny and we chatted about it over a cuppa and after an hour and a half i went home and i have to shamelessly admit i fell asleep in a weakening sun for a couple of hours life is so exciting and exhausting he he
tomorrow my daughter is running well i think it will be walking a race for life so i can go along to watch with the little un how about you

Well, well, Chrisov, so you have lived in Malta and Spain.... you are a dark horse :!: 8)

I am so pleased to hear that you went to the art exhibition and had an enjoyable day. It was something you wished to do and you just went. :D Yes, you had a good holiday in Tunisia. I remember. :D You have done a bit of travelling in your time, haven't you? You are right, there are always loads of men sitting outside the cafes in these hot climes, watching the world go by and all the pretty women working!! How good to have a cuppa with this lady and be able to discuss the art. Please do not be ashamed that you fell asleep in the sun. Most pleasurable! All in all, a positive day, all round.

Have a good day tomorrow with Charlie and seeing your daughter in the race for life and watching the world go by. We have nothing planned in particular, depends on the weather but we will not be venturing far. Probably a lazy few days. Chilling! I will not see our grand daughter until Tuesday afternoon, more than likely so I envy you! :D I find the time spent with these little ones, so precious.

Now that I know you are feeling much brighter I shall have a good three days, whatever we decide to do or not to do!

    Luv

    Hi Chrisov :D

Did your daughter do the race for life and have you had a good day. How was little un?

We cannot quite believe our luck here in Buckinghamshire - good weather yesterday and sun all day, today. Wow! Methinks tomorrow and Monday are not soooooo promising but, what will be, will be. Ain't that right?:lol:

From the other thread, yes, it is an effort to make an effort sometimes but then we realise it was better to make the effort as we had a good time. If we had not made the effort we would never have known. Does that make sense? I know what I mean anyways :lol:

    Hi all
of course one actually has to be aware that it is the beginning of the month to be able to say that. I alas am barely aware what day of the week it is
