I have just talked to one of my doctors, a very nice person, and I said i was worried I may be wasting their time seeing a physio. she quite explicitly said i wasn't wasting their time and there was much that could be done such as checking muscle alignment, and various things. I had thought I was making a fuss seeing these people, and it is good to have ones fears allayed in this respect.
this has given me great relief, I often think one simply has to muddle on, let things be. this is not the case, so, it is with some degree of expectation and confidence i am waiting now the full appointment.

these are just my thoughts and I thought would share them,

Nick

Thanks, Nick - it's good to hear about a doctor with such a positive and constructive attitude.

Good luck with the physio appointment.
