Hi there - hope you are all enjoying this fabulous weather!

I have a quick question for you MTX takers....

I take mine at about 9pm and I find that night that I sleep really deeply and struggle to wake up the next morning, usually I'm up at 5.30am to go to work so sleeping in until 8am is a marked difference to usual behaviour for me - does anyone else find this happens to them?

    Hi Ramummy,

I have ben taking MTX for 6 weeks now and like you I take it at about 9 to 10 pm and sleep like a log. I have started taking it on Friday nights so it doesn't matter if I have a bit of a lie in on Saturday morning as I don't have to get up for work.
    Regards,

Hi Ramummy, when I was on MXT tablets I was very sleepy, since being changed to MXT injections I have not been so bad, a little sleepy but not too bad love Jaspercatxx

    Hi Ramummy,

Don't know what your dose is but I'm on 10mg Mtx which I take on Tuesday mornings - it doesn't make me sleepy at all.

    HI

No, never felt sleepy after taking
MTX in the 9 years of being on it, wish it would.

Perhaps the dose of 12.5mgs is not enough
to knock me out, or maybe after all the yrs
of it I have gotten used to it and it to me.

But I am going to try taking it at night
    time and see what happens

    Hi,
Yes I get the sleepiness after MTX but also after Enbrel too

Needless to say that means 3 days a week I am a zombie :? Luckily OH is used to it now and just leaves me to sleep it off.

Wish MTX would help my insomnia.
