update just had my thr

Hi everyone just a quick update just had my THR everything went really well cant believe it im a new person still feel tired and a wee bit sorebut recovering steadily dont know why i was in such a panic about getting it i would recomend it to everyone who could get it

    Hi Linda,

    That's good news.

    Don't over do it, plenty of rest, chocolates are recommended and being waited on whilst watching daytime TV or talking to your cyber friends whilst doing the recommended exercises, all these will help the healing process.

    You enjoy it.

    hello, i'm really glad you op went well, heres to a speedy recovery.

    I am so glad it went well and its doing so well. You people have no idea how much those of us waiting in the wings are helped by your positive postings but could you all keep us up dated with the recoveries as thats going to be may biggest problem, Anyway you go easy and you'll be back to your old self in no time.
