Hello, No need to apologize for moaning on here as we all do it from time to time and this is the best place to do it. !

As for work, have you discussed what you do with your physio or your GP? They may be able to get some advice about what is best for your health. Giveing up work is a big step, even if the money isn't a problem, it is a different way of life and takes ajusting to. I am in that process now, haveing been medically retired. But that dosn't mean I will never do anything again, far from it. I may do volutory work or I may be able to get a parttime job somewhere. It just means for the moment I am having too many problems and treatments to work and my previous job will always be too heavy for me, I think. You'r in that position now, although you still areworking, I sense that you feel its something you worry is going to be too much to go back to. I hope that you can get some help and advice about what you should be doing. Love Sue

Hi, I some people may be worse than you, but that does'nt make your problems any less important. Don't worry about what others think its how you feel thats important. I'm sure that all your worries about work are having an effect on how you are. Once you have sorted out what you'r going to do you will feel better, I hope. If you give up this job, it may give you time to consder what you want to do and how you can do it. The Jobcentre have people to help called Disability Advisors and they should help you look at what you can do and how to do it. They also can give help and advice about training, I think. So it could be an opportunity for you!
    Love Sue :)
