Hi All,
After having a particularly bad morning yesterday and seeking help from here lots of people said heat helps
I managed to find an infra red massager in Argos for just over 20 quid and tried it last evening. It's fab, had a good few hours pain free and managed to get to sleep without any problem.
Heather.

It's so good to find something that helps isn't it Heather.
I recently invested in a T.E.N.S machine and don't regret it.
Take care.
