Anemia and MTX

For some time now I have a low blood count - just below or just above 10. I understand that is probably caused by MTX. I have just had my dose increased from 17.5 to 20 mg.
Also last week I had my first assessment for Anti-TNF.
My question is this, can Anti-TNF also have this effect on blood?
Thank you.

Hello Jane
Anti TNFs can effect the blood count in some people though anaemia is often associated with RA anyway. Your rheumy team should go through the risks and benefits of anti TNFs with you. Hope the assessment process goes well.
Best wishes
