    Heard it was minus 6 here last night. Slept in leggings, shirt and socks. Blanket on the bed covers. Still cold :lol:

    I'm in the North East but its not as cold today as it has been.....just wet and miserable.
    Yesterday was freezing cold.

    now then behave yourselves :wink::lol::wink: some of us yorkshire lasses can't help having been born in Sheffield :D but I did work in Rotherham for quite a few years - Laughton first and then Rawmarsh for 4 years before I emigrated over to the east of the county!

    It is a small world, isn't it? I grew up in Kimberworth, but later my parents moved to Laughton en le Morthen and I was married in the beautiful chuch there.

    I only worked there for my first year, and I must admit having never made it inside the CHurch, so will have to take your word for it.

    Had a long journey to work each morning, so was always glad to arrive :lol:

    My grandparents lived in Kimberworth. I'm not sure about the areas much but I think they're still in that area :oops: They moved a few years ago. So, it confuses me.

    Life in Mexborough isn't so fun right now. Sorry I haven't been reply sooner. Been getting over a virus :oops:
    Mexborough's got itself a great reputation now :roll: They call it a Western town now. I love cowboys but this isn't fun :lol:

    The snow's nuts here right now. Made the mistake of going out with my parents to Sheffield. That was crazy! Felt like being in a blizzard :lol:
