I thought I would wish you all a happy Christmas and new year. I know how painful the cold can be and how we all wish for the warmer brighter days of summer. I only hope you have a pain free time and winter is not harsh to you, keep active where you can, even if the joints hurt a bit.
As they say, either use them or lose them. All exercise helps.
