Question about flare up

Ok im prob being blonde .. have read so many ppl are having flare ups??? All my friend keeps saying she is in spasam with her leg.??

I no what pain is and i no what crawling in legs feels like...

But im a little confussed about all this ..

    Hi Rosy,

    Your not being dumb, they don't tell you what they are do they? I think we are all different in the way our bodies respond to the inflamation? I was told I am having one but if thats the case I started it way back and well I also am having the same blond moment with you I think. For me i think its when the joints are inflamed and I also get this crushing tiredness and if I push things too far I can be sick. I guess thats what my flares are but....... You take care and hope your not having one too? Cris x

    hi i had been suffering this for a while till could put name to it lol .no one tells u so how could u know it was. only reading several threads that i put one and one together lol. my joints become hot and swollen the pain increases and when try to do to much feel very sick and shakey and have to go to bed and try to sleep it off it as if your body trying to fight off the flu .
