I'm probably being sent to see them before I can go back to work....and just wanted to get info about them so I know how to approach the meeting!

Any tips or ideas?

I saw occy health a lot before being medically retired. They are there to help you back into work, providing support to you but also a link with your managers.
They should have ideas to help you stay in work, reduced hours initially, ergonomic equipment, regular breaks etc.
I always went in with my plan of what I wanted to do and then discussed it with the OH woman (who was very nice). They sometimes have ideas and tips that you may not have thought of.

    Good luck!

Thanks so much, I have always thought that they were out to make life even harder and try to push you to do stuff you really can't do without relapsing! Thanks for putting my mind at rest!!
