extra anti stiffness medication to go with anti inflamms ?

naprosen is helping but doctor said there is other drugs out there than can help with stiffness and soreness in addition to anti inflammatories ?

anyone on these

or does he mean disease modifying drugs ?

    hi you will have to ask him i take plaquenil as well at moment not sure if this one of the ones he is on about hate it when they do not give you full information leave you guessing i hate the stiffness makes life so hard when got off train yester day oh said you r limping r y ok well yes was ok but after sitting for an hour my body just did not want to move ggggrrrrrr looked like old lady for 15min till loosened up again and that with meds lol. good luck hope they get it under control soon

    i take hydroxy (plaquenil) too helps when things are average :wink:

    Not so much when they are bad :roll:

    I would ask Bluebeard - I reckon it is DMARDs though - cant think of anything else :?

    I'm guessing it's a DMARD too. I'm on hydroxy and finally, after about 4 months, I'm seeing some improvement with the morning stiffness, although not any pain relief from it yet. :?

    I reckon you should ask.

    I am taking anti inflamms but I am going to ask about this booster he suggested

    I find rubbing in deep heat , vicks etc helps

    and also ice

    but sometimes , its really affecting my mobility
