up set stomach

I wonder if you can help me ive got a upset stomach and diarrhoea and i am due to take my methotrexate tonight but not sure if i can kepp it in, what should i do :?: i'm trying to drink plenty of water, thankyou.

    Hi Julie,

    I think its probably better to leave it till tomorrow when hopefully you will feel a lot better. I don't know but well I got active crohn's just now and lomotil is very good to calming down the bowl..... Its much stronger than the over the counter stuff and its quiet effective for me.......It might be worth asking the gp? I hope you can find some relief and it only a 24 hr thing. (((( )))) and a hope Cris xx
