i have OA, today i really did not want to get out of bed and i feeling really tired, can stress not help, also my knees are hurting today sitting here with heat on my knees.

if you are using thermacare heat wraps can you take ibrophen if you need it or is it a case of one or the other.

    I'm pretty sure you can use thermacare heat wraps and take Ibuprophen if it helps. Or did you mean Ibuprophen gel? I'm not sure if you can put thermacare heat wraps on top of areas where you have put Ibuprophen gel. It is best to check with your pharmacist on that one just in case they are medicated in any way and the two react together.

    On days like this it might be better to be kinder to yourself and just take it easy. However don't sit still too long as your knees might stiffen up. try and have a stretch ever so often. Have a good evening.
