Copper insoles

Has anyone heard of these? You insert them into your shoes. Apparently, they are better than the copper bracelets. I had one of those bracelets but it wasn't too useful. It was purple and pretty though! :D My mum read an article and is convinced that they will really help. I'm yet to be convinced and don't want to waste the money if they're pointless.

    your bracelet sounds much prettier than the one my Mum tried :D

    havent heard of the insoles, but I would be guided by the price i reckon. If they're few quid i'd try 'em....tend to be doubtfull though...

    wouldnt we all be using them??
