Hi all. I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who left messages after I lost the plot and had a good old rant about the world hating me. When I was typing it I was really feeling sorry for myself (I think if you read it you will see that was obvious) after I had posted it I felt a lot better. When I read the responses I felt quite ashamed. Ok things have not gone as they should, but I live to fight another day. Am seeing the GP next week and plan to list all the points that drove me to the self pity stage. Feeling a lot more positive now. Thank you all.
Trisha

A bout of self-pity every now and again is fine, it's a necessary device for letting off steam! Family and friends may not understand but people on the forums do. Vent whenever you need to - you'll find sympathetic ears here. Dreamdaisy

    Hi Trisha

I realy don't think you should feel ashamed one bit!! You had every right to feel like that really totally justified.

We all feel that bad form time to time and i am so glad you have been spurred into action :) Well done you :)

Next time it could be me...then you'll have to listen

    Love
