venting pain. I have got realli bad pain across my shoulders in alot of pain and it feels like an oven :-( just took some pain killers hoping they kick in soon

    sounds like a flare have you tried ice on it to kill pain and take swelling out you need to keep it on at least 20min worth a try if it really bad good luck val

    That is not so good. Have you had it before? Hope the tabs kick in soon. Will anti inflam gel help?

    Oh yes

    I know how you feel, I feel as though it's burning me and no-one is to touch me at all. I take my morphine and go to bed, it seems to calm it down a bit. Hope you feel better with it now.

    Hi madness

    I have a lot of pain in my right shoulder and feel sorry for you having it in both! Have you tried and ice pack and then a heat pad?
    I find it helps a bit ...then a rub in deep heat. My GP has prescribed me some Tramadol for when the pain gets too much

    I hope it eases soon.

    Hi all,

    Its just a dull pain now ive been taking my pin relief alday and its still hot but hopfully it'll pass soon.

    Sorry i am late as ever but glad its calmed down for you and for a min take it easy and take the pain killers bang on time. I really hope the heat goes soon as well. A ((( ))) but not over your shoulder area. Cris x
