Hi all

I have been dianoiges with Arhtritis for about a year and found this forum only yesterday so thought i'd drop by and say hello

my main area effected is my ankle, knee and hip

off to peek round rest of fourm

    you have come to the right place, people are so friendly and supportive to one another.
    when you are ready come into the cafe in chit chat...we have lovely calorie free food...

    many thanks for the welcome

    Will be on bit more often after today as joined the week my dad was in hospital having an op so been a tad worn out with that and work lol

    but he is home today yah!

    A warm welcome fro me as well.

    This is a nice place to be if you have arthur biting you. We try to help one another.

    We mostly post on LWA if it is a question as more peeps will see it.

    CChat is where we go to realx a bit have a laugh. There are always topics there to post about.

    Then if you have the time or fancy a natter well just pop in the Cafe for a cuppa.
