Never heard of them and wouldn't bother anyway. My fatigue is caused by an over-active immune system. Nothing will 'cure' that, apart from a lack of breathing. I dislike the way that some people peddle rubbish to a vulnerable and sometimes desperate group of other people. One of the latest is threading a mattress with silver - pointless. DD

these are simply extra thick matting , used in industry for years for peopel who work on hard floors such as on a machine in a factory

basically walking on or working on hard floors can be bad for people with worn out ankles

its like running on a road , eventually you get sore

although of course extra carpetting might be as good an idea

I have just dug out some old camping mats ..the roll up types ...from the garage and are putting a few of them around the flat to see if it takes a bit of pressure off my feet and ankles

OK, there may some reasoning behind them in the work place, where people may be standing still for an hour or more, or walking fairly long distances between departments etc, but I still think it's overkill for the domestic setting. I cannot stand for longer than two-four minutes, sometimes less, all the padding in the world under my feet won't change that - a hoist from the ceiling would tho. I could cook, whilst floating in mid air and also iron! Oh, I can visualise the Heath-Robinson contraption needed to hoist me! I just do both of those chores sititng down. DD

    BB...

I've never heard of this kind of matting  but if you find something that works for you then it is worth a try.

would have suggested those memory foam shoe inserts which mould to your feet as an alternative...might be cheaper too.
(that's the canny scot in me slipping out again.)

DD...you are on a roll today.....suspended from ceiling hooks AND a pain monitor in one day. WoW.
I can see you on the next series of Dragon's Den  !!

Moi? Non. They like feasible ideas. Wouldn't mind some dealings with the very tall one tho! DD
