Hello
Thank you all for your kind comments, one correction though I have not yet made the decision to stop work I suppose I am just exploring every avenue - probably in the end that may well be the case. Thank you for the advice regarding seeing a disablilty advisor, didn't know they exsisted - not been in the position where I may be out of work before, never been out of work before!!!

hi alan do what best for you if you need work in your life and can manage then stick to it if not stop it might do more harm than good good luck what ever you decide (from one of those silly women who break the copiers ) valval0
