    Hello winnie, I am so sorry. You would be better posting this request on the 'living with arthritis' forum - more people are to be found there and I am sure you will get some answers. Not so many look on here. To find it, click 'back to forums' on your screen: it's in blue above the topics list on this one, and a list of the different ones will appear, then click on that one. I don't have fibro, but a fair few do. DD
