Yesterday evening one of my old work colleagues phoned me to tell me another colleague had passed away of a heart attack. He went to the gym virtually every day and done weight training, didn't drink but did occasionally smoke. He was only around 38.

Sorry Carol that's terrible news, that is why I am like I am live for today as tomorrow will come but I might not be here to enjoy it, I just hope that when I shuffle of me mortal coil it's so quick I don't know anything about it.

How sad for everyone. We also recently lost a colleague who was far too young to pass away of a heart attack.

Condolences to you and Tony's family.

    Hi Carol

I'm sorry to hear your sad news about your friend. It always seems such a shock when anyone so young dies, and it certainly makes you realise that life is for living.
