hi after having to attend hospital for fasting bloods i popped into cafe at hospital run by wrvs and had tea and toasted tea cake, served with a smile and kind word only £1.70 what more could you ask for also had real butter i wonder if they realise what a great job they do :)) :)) :)) :)) :))

    womans royal volentery service(can not spell) they do it for free and our lovely people if you have one at your local hospital call in it worth it

    Will do luv, it's good to support organisations like that.. Got two appointments coming up so will have a butchers....
    Not sure if they have them in St. James here in Leeds but will check anyway.... I think they just have rip-off cafes, lol :grin:
