I just learned that as I am asthmatic I shouldn't breathe into a paper bag when having a panic attack. Oops.

Oh well. Three years of suffering from Panic Attacks and nine years being asthmatic shows that even some doctors either forget OR just don't know these things......

    I've suffered from Panic Attacks for 3 years and always used the paper bag routine, but was looking on Asthma UK last night whilst I was wide awake and found it out....

    Quite strange how my GP hasn't said owt.
