    HI Everyone

so sorry to take so long to reply but it has been a busy few days!

Only got home at 5 yesterday evening, and didn't get on the computer till tonight.

The funeral was as good as any can be I think, the music that had been chosen fitted perfectly, and the minister did a good job of talking about a man he hadn't known himself.

THere were more of us than we had thought there might be - 11 I think, and that was good as it meant that he had family there with him at the end. There were no problems.

we took dad out for a meal after, and that was a good way to remember George too.

Thanks for all the support - it was much appreciated and made a tough day a little easier to deal with.

    thanks
    WOnky

Morning Wonky, I am glad to hear that it went OK, or as OK as these things can. Where did all thbose extra people come from, and I wonder why didn't they bother with George when he was alive? Human nature, I guess, the thought that 'there's always tomorrow'. Then suddenly, one day, there isn't. Take it easy over the next couple of days, be kind to yourself. DD

    Hi Wonky

So very glad and heartened that some turned up from somewhere.

I hope your Dad felt better too - the meal out and your's and Richard's support will have meant a lot I'm sure.

Now YOU need a rest

    Love
