Email from Deep Heat Spray company

Today I got a email from the company that manufacture the deep heat spray that burned me.

They asked if I still had the can and if I could send them pictures (lucky I took pictures when it happened.).

I wonder what will happen now :\

    I emailed the twats of the Deep Heat makers to tell them their spray burned me.. now they want evidence...
