    Hi Berty,

Sounds busy but fun, except for the physio and puling about bit.... I hope it will do some good mind flower that bit.

Hey did you find Robin of the Hood? Also hope you had better weather for that then we have had for months

Be hoping the exercises actually work for you and some real improvements will come from the physio.

You got an easier week this week by the way? Cris xx

I do hope all the poking and prodding provides a plan (alliteration there eh?!)and that the plan helps your poor bits

Kids back at school next week so you can collapse

i wish Toni we have eldest g-d next week as her school have got 4 days of teachers strikes , to young yet to be left on her own all day , parents have full time job and busness to look after theyve already had so many days off with them striking , but she will have school work to do and a lappy to keep her entertained , and makes a good cupper

Sounds a hectic week Berty, no wonder you can't tell if physio is helping your knee or not! Why all the tugging and pulling of the hips?? How does that relate to your knee in the scheme of things? So do you have to wear the tape until your next appointment?

    Speedy
I have had OA since mid twenties. It affects my hips and knees. I had a THR on the left aged 30 and now have a resurface-replacement on the right - done May 2010.

    Hi Berty,

hey if she makes decent cuppa i will babysit her,.... and play the pc games, oh and watch CBBC (like I don't anyway :lol: )

    Strikes.....

Not so good eh?! Not when kids and education are involved.

hope you have a reasonable week and don't forget the power of a good pc game  ((((( ))))) Cris who is still hoping your knee will improve xx
