Hi everyone !
I´m Tim and I come originally from West Yorkshire. I´ve got Ankylosing Spondylitis in the neck which causes me a few problems from time to time. Originally, I worked in IT but over the last few years I´ve been lucky enough to be involved in rehabilitating old houses in the Valencia, Spain.

This looks are very friendly board so I look forward to getting to know everyone a bit better. :smile:

    Hi Tim, it's nice to meet you. I don't have AS so I can't help much on that front, but there are others on here who do. Barbara has already explained what's what, I hope you find help, support and information a-plenty on here! DD
