Hi ....I was wondering if any of you have been on OXYNORM oxycodone hydrochlorde,i am on 40mg morning and night slow release and 5mg quick re when i get to much pain .My dr tryed to put the slow release up but it maid me ill.Have been on tramadol diclofenic co codmol naproxen anatripleen ,but the side afects not good.You all talk about the above but not oxynorm ,they are not so good with the pain ,but are so much better with side afects.I have an appointment with rheumatologist 28 june,my legs have just started to swell again ,have not had swelling for about six mounths ,my dr would like me to hang on and not change anything untill i see rheu on 28 of june ,he says he is so sorry to see me in so much pain ,and would like to give me something more but unfor iam so senstive to meds .Sorry to ramble on.IF ANY OF YOU HAVE TRYED OXYNORMi would like to know what you think Thanks very much JAYNE XXX

Hi DDand val ,thanks for rep,iv read leaflet about new meds,but it seems strange that no one else on here has tryed them ,the longer im on them the less thay seam to work had avery painful weekend ,and dr dose not want to change any thing untill i see rheumatolagist on 28 june,isee dr next week.Well will just have to grin and bair it .ALL THE BEST Jayne xxx0

maybe it's a pricey one so they try us on the others first???
Have googled it and it looks simiar to most of the other opiod-type med we take though.

Thanks Toni,my be it is anew one just wish it worked better ,well im not being fair it dose work ,im not getting horrid side afects and id rarther have pain than them.Thank jayne xxx0
