Woke up this morning to a very sore back, knees and elbows... BAH!

Arthur and Hypermobility really bites this week..... and to think I have a full day of college tomorrow, hope the pain subsides by then.

    I can't remember when I last woke up without pain, it's par for the course with arthritis and, to be honest, I would be hugely scared if I did! :smile: Keep up with the pain killers Pamie and I hope they take off sufficient so that you can do what you need. DD

    Looking for a place in Aberdeen at mo Val, but its too bloody expensive just now.
