Hi all had trouble the past year what with the RA side effects and depression. Didnt want to be seen to be constantly moaning at you all.

I'm just the same now lost about 1stone 9lb in year down to 7st 11oz due to flare ups and then on top of that getting stomach problems every time I get a flare up. No one seems to know why I keep getting this. Work moan as usual but try to ignore it just think if they want to retire me them so be it but I want pension as no one else would employ me (I wouldnt employ me) Ha Ha. Been very down due to the old 1 step forward and 20 back routine that I have been on so the doc has had me on anti depressants which work some of the time. During my absence I have 3 grand children now and that hurts as even they couldnt lift my spirits up. At the moment I have either a bug or virus doctor not sure so not got much appitite as got back ache and upset tum and generally aching. Apart from that I'm top of the world. Now I have new password will try not to lose it.

    Thats what I'm hoping for some good old advice and laughs. I missed it but didnt feel ready you understand.
