Hi all,just had a call from orthotics to say shoes are ready and am going to collect them on wednesday.Mig

    shoes look like black trainers which is ok as i wear jeans most of the time,they have innersoles made for my feet with velcro strapps as he said laces ups wouldnt do the job right for me,if i get on with them alright will be looking at something a little more girly shoes but that is a while in the future.have been told to stick with them as they will take time to get used to,an hour a day to start with building up slowly till i feel confident to go out in them.hope they do the trick as i am still feeling like i am walking on broken glass,walking round paris didnt help but kept popping the pills wouldnt have missed it for anything.Mig

    this sounds great do hope they help wearing my croc like ones at min as feet bit sore and they bounce well lol val
