Hello, it's lovely to meet you and well done on finding the courage to jump in! Arthritis can feel very isolating (I know no-one in my social circle with anything like it) so finding an understanding group here was a revelation for me. I have PsA and OA, the latter in my ankles and knees and that arrived, most likely as a result of the PsA damage, woo-hoo (not). :) I hope you are feeling as well as you can be today. DD
Have you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben

Hi Geraldine and welcome to the forum, its nice to connect with others in a similar situation. Its helps battle the isolation that arthur can cause. I have inflammatory arthritis and OA, been battling for 5 years now.

Hello mi dear. Welcome from me too. Really hope that you are not suffering too much right now.
This forum truly is a Godsend.. I am so happy that I found it. Everyone is really lovely and helpful.
The support and advice is excellent.. And between us I reckon we have experience on every single aspect of this horrible affliction.
I've had OA in ones and lower spine for many years now and have been diagnosed with sero-negative in hands, wrists, elbows and knees within the last two yrs or so. I've learned so much from this place. And made some great friends too..

I wish you well and hope you settle in nicely, we're a very friendly bunch and only one or two bite, lol...
